SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or 
delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (default):
🇨🇦 Canada: 10-18 business days · $5.99 (Free over $75)
🇺🇸 USA: 10-18 business days · $5.99 (Free over $75)
🇬🇧 UK: 10-20 business days · $7.99 (Free over $80)
🇦🇺 Australia: 12-22 business days · $7.99 (Free over $80)

Delivery time excludes processing time. Delivery is during business days 
(Monday to Friday). Shipping times may be longer during peak seasons or due 
to customs delays.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking 
number. Allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
PawCamp is not responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply 
to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to factors outside 
our control (weather, customs, postal disruptions). We appreciate your 
patience and understanding.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at help.pawcamp@yahoo.com 
within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.

Address Changes
Once an order is placed, we cannot change the shipping address. Please 
double-check your address before checkout.
